1. Contact MicQ support
Email info@sambruneau.com with a short description of what you expected and what happened instead. Support is provided by Sam Bruneau Productions.
MicQ does not offer an emergency-response or live-service hotline. If a problem happens during a service, keep the last-good screen on Hold or use your local fallback, then send the report when the room is stable.
2. Send a report that can be acted on
The most useful support message includes:
- the MicQ version and macOS version;
- whether the problem involves Planning Center, Google Drive, local media, the stage display, updating, or licensing;
- the exact on-screen message and the approximate time it occurred;
- what you had just changed or clicked; and
- whether retrying, reconnecting, or relaunching changed the result.
In MicQ, open Settings → Advanced. Use Copy report for a credential-free connection report, or Save a copy… in Logs when the timeline matters. Review the text before attaching it because operational labels, people, plans, and file names may appear.
3. Keep sensitive data out of email
Never send your full MicQ license key, Planning Center token, Google refresh token, OAuth client secret, service-account JSON, password, or payment-card number. Support will not ask for those values.
Send only the roster, screenshot, file name, or log detail needed for the issue, and make sure your organization permits sharing it. MicQ’s handling of support messages and diagnostic files is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Purchases, refunds, and licenses
For a missing receipt or order question, write from the email address used at Lemon Squeezy checkout and include the order number. Do not include the full license key.
For a license move, first open Settings → Advanced → Move to another computer on the old Mac. If that Mac is unavailable or deactivation fails, email the order number and the last eight characters shown in MicQ’s masked license display.
MicQ has a full, no-questions refund window of 14 days. Read the Refund Policy or start a request below.
